The East Springfield Church of the Cross is a close-knit community of believers in the foothills of Appalachia. We offer two worship services on Sunday.

Services

The 9:30 am  is a traditional service with a mix of hymns and praise music, a choir, a children’s chat, and a Bible based message.

“The Encounter” starts at 12 pm is more laid back, family oriented, praise music  where the children are encouraged to join in making music unto the Lord, and a Bible based message.

Senior and children’s Sunday School  is nestled in between the two Services at 10:45 am.

Mid-week Worship Service on Wednesday evening starting at 6:30 pm.

Choir and Bible Study

On Tuesday nights September through May we have Choir practice -open to anyone who would like to make a joyful sound. Practice starts at 6:15 pm.

At 7:30 pm on Tuesday nights there is Women of the Cross Bible Study and Men’s Bible Study.

We would like to meet  and get to know you. You are invited to come join us as we worship the Lord.
