The Missions Committee continued giving to The missions we support monthly. Spreading the Love of Jesus Locally and to the world.
These monthy gifts go to: Partners in Bible Translations with Ken and sue sawka. Fuel their Future, The Friendship Room, Pre Born, WEBA food bank, Gabe and Dahiana Ernst through World Gospel Missions in Paraguay and the Urban Mission. we have also done large projects for 91 Four and AIM matenity Home and Operation Christmas Child through Samaritians House. We will be having a special offering March 29th to help continue to spead God’s Love.
World Vision
Church of the Cross sponsors children in need on other continents through World Vision. World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.
Urban Mission Ministries Inc
Church of the Cross supports the Urban Mission. Urban Mission provides food , shelter, and other essential services to the low income population of the Upper Ohio Valley. Founded in 1959 as the “Mill Men’s Hostel”, the Urban Mission has grown to become one of the largest charities in our region.
